Schedule Change Request Form

To request a change to your student’s schedule, click the link below.
Changes will only be made for the following reasons:

1. Missing a core class (missing Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, or Mathematics).
2. Missing a class period (student has less than 6 periods on their schedule).
3. Duplicate course on their schedule.
4. Completed an FLVS or Pasco eSchool course over the summer and the same course is on their schedule.
5. Scheduled in an elective class they have already taken.
