SSMS Schedule Change Request 26-27

Directions:
Welcome to the 2026-2027 school year. We have worked diligently all summer to meet the academic needs of our students based on their requests from last year, required coursework, and student data. Due to state class size mandate, schedule changes are often limited and can only be granted for reasons indicated below. Please carefully review these schedule change policies prior to submitting this form to the Student Services Office.

1) missing a core class (missing Language Arts, Science, Social Studies, or Mathematics)
2) missing a class period (student has less than 6 periods on their schedule)
3) duplicate course on their schedule
4) completed an FLVS or Pasco eSchool course over the summer and it is listed on my child's schedule for this year
5) scheduled in an elective class they have already taken

Request Form

After submitting the following information, the Student Services Team will review requests in the order they are received. We will not accept handwritten notes, phones calls, or emails for schedule changes. Submitting a schedule change request does not guarantee a change. It will take three school days to review your request. You will receive an email notification once your request has been reviewed or processed. There is no need to contact the school after submission of this form.
