After submitting the following information, the Student Services Team will review requests in the order they are received. We will not accept handwritten notes, phones calls, or emails for schedule changes. Submitting a schedule change request does not guarantee a change. It will take three school days to review your request. You will receive an email notification once your request has been reviewed or processed. There is no need to contact the school after submission of this form.

Acknowledgement
I have read and understand the schedule change policy of Seven Springs Middle School. I also understand that not all classes are available every period, and that changes will only be made if they meet the policies listed above. Additionally, I understand that by requesting this change, it may result in additional changes to my student's schedule in order to accommodate.
