Elective Pathways

The following guidelines have been created as a suggestion to help maximize student interest, career exploration and skill development that prepares them for career academies available at J.W Mitchell and Wendell Krinn high school.

Seven Springs Middle School currently offers a total of 44 different elective courses, 20 of them are year long courses and 24 are semester courses. Students need to choose a total of 12 semester courses or 6 year long or a combination of both during their 3 years of middle school. This can be overwhelming, so we have created 10 elective progressions to help focus students choices based on interests or goals.

Due to a variety of prerequisites, some courses may not be offered in 6th or 7th grade.

Athletic
