A Multi-Tiered System of Supports that is proactive and allows all students to benefit from systems and structures that promote positive behaviors.
- PBIS allows us to develop a common language, teach appropriate skills, and model appropriate actions for students.
- Students need to hear 4:1 positive to negative comments to feel safe and supported and PBIS provides ways to be positive.

“If a child doesn’t know how to drive, we teach.”
