In order to protect the health and safety of employees, staff, and students, all those who access Pasco County School locations must self-screen for symptoms and other risk factors of COVID-19 daily. If you answer YES to any of the questions, you should NOT be on a school campus or school district office. All three self-screeners – the Student Self-Screener, the Employee Self-Screener, and the Visitor Self-Screener – are accessible from the district’s COVID-19 protocols page and are posted on each school web page.

To secure a seat for this final chance to test, please fill out the survey available on MyLearning (and below) and include all up to date and correct contact information, as well as the tests your student needs to complete by May 25th. Our testing coordinators will confirm the information provided and check that there is availability to take the test. Once they can confirm, you will have a confirmation email sent to your provided email address with your student’s testing schedule for June 1- 4 by May 28th. Only the tests listed on the form are available, and space is limited, so please complete it as soon as possible.

Parents of 8th grade students:

Congratulations on your child’s promotion to high school. Students must meet the promotion requirements to participate in our promotion ceremony. Our promotion ceremony is a virtual ceremony for our families. It will be a live ceremony for our students only on Tuesday 5/25, this allows our students to celebrate with their classmates while still following Covid guidelines. No parents are allowed on campus for this event. The ceremony will be recorded and the video will be shared with families on Wednesday 5/26 at 7pm and the link will be found on our Facebook page and website to allow you the opportunity to have this memory forever.

8th grade early pick up on 5/25 Administration is aware that many of you have expressed you want to start your celebration early. If you want to check your 8th grade student out of school after the promotion ceremony, you may pick up your child at the bus loop off of Photonics Drive on May 25th starting at 12:45 PM-1:30pm. You will drive through the bus loop and pull forward and wait for your child to come to your car. Please wait for an adult to sign your child out and then you may leave. Thank you for following this procedure.

Extended School Year (ESY summer school): Students who have not met the requirements to be promoted or who have many courses to make up have been invited to ESY.
